We have partnered with Spiritual Care Consultants of Western Michigan to provide you with a referral service to address your spiritual needs. You will be assigned an individual consultant who can help if you feel your health is being affected by either forgiveness, anger, fear, pain, guilt, loss, grief, stress, worry, insecurity, bitterness, low self-esteem, or conflict.

Family Tree Medical is happy to have expertly trained Nurse Practitioners on staff who can help with ambulatory, acute, and long term care. Our nurse practitioners will help you by offering health promotion, disease prevention, and spiritual well-being.

We have partnered with Affordable Basic Care (ABC) to provide you with affordable
access to our quality services. ABC helps individuals and families who can’t afford an HMO or comprehensive insurance coverage, can’t get insurance because of a preexisting health condition, want to take action on promoting good health and prevent illness, have an insurance plan that excludes primary care services. Best of all, you get complete ease-of-use, no health questionnaires or medical exams, and no age limit.
